| The
Saudi Gulf Environmental Protection Company
SEPCO Environment is determined to take part
in this environmental activity, in accordance
with all conditions and specifications stipulated
by environmental laws. To accomplish that,
we have chosen one of the sources of environmental
pollution which is not recognized by many
people and that’s the hazardous medical
waste management. In order for our work to
be completed, we have set up a programme for
safe handling, transportation, treatment and
disposal of hazardous medical waste. |
 |
| We
took upon ourselves the responsibility to
participate with concerned authorities in
order to separate between medical and non
medical waste or what is referred to by those
working in the health field as “municipality
waste “. |

Environment is now moving ahead firmly towards
the future, hoping to achieve more success in various
environmental evaluations, projects, waste management,
and even taking part is what is called “Environmental
industrial field”. SEPCO Environment
which was established in 1997, is proud to declare
that it is the first company of its kind in the whole
Middle East that handles medical waste and that’s
a fact. |
|
Another
fact: |
| SEPCO
Environment is proud to be the first company in
the Middle East, to manufacture locally a medical waste
treatment unit. SEPCO Environment
is also proud to be the first company in the Middle East
that owns several medical waste Treatment plants in the
kingdom of Saudi Arabia. There remains another reality
which summarizes SEPCO Environment
understanding of environmental work which is as follows: |
|
| SEPCO
Environment course of action rests on healthy scientific
bases built in ethics and social ideal. We are committed
to take part in all aspects of environmental work, in
accordance with what we believe is favorable for the nation
